Tres Manos is a collaborative effort from three sisters—Minga, Victorina, and Juana Mendez—combining harvests from their family plots in San Pedro Necta. This washed Bourbon and Caturra lot undergoes a 36-hour fermentation and patio drying, producing a silky, balanced espresso with gourmand notes of orange and roasted pecan.
