Atmans - Piedra Blanca

Tasting Notes: Cherry, Mandarin, Lime.

A collaborative release from the APROCETU association, this lot blends the harvests of long-time friends Miguel and Juan. Featuring the iconic Kenyan SL28 variety grown in Costa Rican soil, the yellow honey processing highlights the cultivar’s celebrated juicy acidity, yielding a bright cup with zesty lime and sweet mandarin.
