This blend of Caturra and Colombia varieties, processed at El Vergel farms in Colombia's Tolima region, is a fun and innovative coffee. The highly specific co-fermented washed process, which included co-fermentation with watermelon, results in an extremely sweet and candy-like profile. This gives the cup pronounced notes of nerds, macerated berries, and watermelon candy, while retaining a balanced body and floral complexity.
