Produced at the Kokosa station in the Bensa region of Ethiopia, this lot is managed by Heleanna Georgalis of Moplaco. It undergoes a "Kenyan-type" double fermentation washed process, resulting in a fruity and elegant profile with distinct floral aromas and a sweet, stone-fruit finish.
