Ethica - Kintamani

Tasting Notes: Red Plum, Red Wine, Dark Chocolate.

Grown in the volcanic soils of the Kintamani highlands, this natural-process lot is cultivated under the shade of citrus trees. Guided by the ancient Subak Abian system, smallholders produce a heavy, winey cup. Expect deep notes of dark chocolate and ripe red plum with a lingering sweetness characteristic of Balinese terroir.
