Ethica - Los Aladinos

Tasting Notes: Apple Chips, Nectarine, Honeysuckle.

Grown at the high-altitude Los Aladinos farm in Cutervo, this washed blend of Caturra, Catuai, and Bourbon thrives in Peru’s volcanic soils. Producer Aladinos Delgado Perez achieves a soft, dreamy brew with a distinct honeysuckle aroma, crisp apple chip sweetness, and a vibrant nectarine acidity.
