Produced by Eduardo Loaiza at Finca San Joaquin in Naranjal Alto, this lot is a blend of Chiroso and Castillo varieties grown at a high altitude of 2100 meters. The washed process results in a refined, tea-like clarity with a bright citric finish and orchard fruit sweetness.
