Hatch - Rio Brilhante Tropicana

Tasting Notes: Macadamia Nut, Prune, Candied Almond.

Managed by the second-generation Urban family at Fazenda Rio Brilhante, this natural lot is a product of the Pântano micro-region. The farm utilizes density sorting and sustainable practices to produce a consistent, comforting cup with a rich nutty profile and deep stone fruit sweetness.
