Kaffeelix - Pacamara

Tasting Notes: Currant, Apple, Floral, Lemon Sugar, Sour Cherry.

Grown at Finca Buena Vista in Salado Blanco, this Pacamara undergoes an intensive multi-stage fermentation. Rigoberto Cuellar starts with a 48-hour in-cherry bag fermentation followed by an 80-hour de-pulping soak. The resulting cup is juicy and layered, revealing bright currant and sour cherry with a lemon sugar finish.
