This comfortable washed Caturra espresso comes from Antonio Gualguan's Finca La Loma in Nariño, Colombia. The coffee is depulped and fermented without water in ceramic tanks before being washed and dried on raised beds. This process results in a sweet and creamy profile with pleasant juicy acidity, offering flavors of satsuma, yellow plum, white currant, brown butter, winter spices, and chocolate.
