PERC - Juggernaut

Juggernaut serves as the flagship espresso for PERC, meticulously designed to provide a sturdy and reliable foundation for any coffee routine. Sourced from the high-altitude region of Huila, Colombia, this coffee is comprised of Caturra and Castillo varieties cultivated at approximately 1400 meters. The beans undergo a traditional washed process to ensure a clean and consistent profile that performs exceptionally well across various brewing methods. While it is highly enjoyable as a black coffee, its rich sweetness and substantial body make it particularly well-suited for milk-based drinks. The flavor profile features deep, comforting notes of brown sugar and vanilla, accented by a distinct hazelnut chocolate character reminiscent of Nutella, with a subtle touch of roastiness on the finish.
