Produced by Jose Luis Eguiguren at Hacienda Santa Gertrudis in Vilcabamba, Ecuador, this Sidra is an anaerobic natural. Grown at 1,650m, it undergoes a 48-hour tank fermentation before drying on shaded raised beds, resulting in a clean and elegant winey profile.
