Prodigal - Finca El Chaferote II

Tasting Notes: Grapefruit, Pear, Honeysuckle.

From Erick Bravo’s family farm, a former Cup of Excellence winner, this Pink Bourbon lot is a celebration of Huila’s specialty potential. Managed by Erick to focus on high-quality output, the fully washed beans are canopy-dried to ensure a clean, glimmering cup with bright grapefruit acidity and delicate honeysuckle sweetness.
