Smallholder farmers in the surrounding Gotiti area cultivate these garden-style plots at high elevations, delivering cherries that undergo meticulous processing. The result is a cup bursting with sparkling citrus acidity, delicate floral aromatics, and a refined sweetness reminiscent of green grapes and ripe mandarin.
