The Aguilera Brothers are a multi-generational coffee dynasty in Costa Rica's West Valley, processing over 35 varieties at their family micro-mill. This lot features Villa Sarchi, a natural dwarf mutation of Bourbon native to Costa Rica, prized for its wind resistance and high cup quality. Fully washed at Finca Licho, the result is a classic and sweet profile with heavy notes of chocolate and caramel.
