Rogue Wave Coffee - Chelbesa One

Tasting Notes: Nectarine, Orange Iced Tea, Pear, Jasmine.

The Chelbesa One lot is produced at a washing station in the Gedeb Zone where approximately 1000 smallholder farmers deliver their harvest. This coffee features the local landrace varieties Korume and Wolisho, grown at high elevations reaching 2200 meters. The cherries are de-pulped and undergo a 2-3 day dry fermentation before being washed and dried on raised beds. The process results in a tea-like clarity with elegant floral aromatics and vibrant stone fruit sweetness.
