September - Arnaldo Guzman

Tasting Notes: Raspberry Lemonade, Stone Fruit, Floral.

Produced by Arnaldo Guzman, this washed Pink Bourbon undergoes a intensive two-stage fermentation: 72 hours in whole cherry followed by 72 hours after de-pulping. The result is a vibrant, juicy cup with a light body and a sweet, raspberry lemonade acidity characteristic of high-elevation Huila terroir.
