Tasting Notes: Grape, Panela, Pomegranate.

Sourced from the extreme altitudes of Villa Moreno in Buesaco, this community lot thrives at up to 2,400m. The cool microclimate and volcanic soil of Nariño slow cherry ripening, concentrating sugars. This washed field blend offers a sophisticated profile where tart pomegranate meets juicy grape and deep, brown-sugar panela sweetness.
