Subtext - Cortijo Espresso

Tasting Notes: Grape, Panela, Pomegranate.

Sourced from Villa Moreno in Buesaco, this community lot grows up to 2,400 m. Nariño’s cool climate and volcanic soils slow ripening, concentrating sugars. Expect tart pomegranate, juicy grape, and deep brown sugar sweetness.
