Subtext - Stephen Nendela: Honey

Tasting Notes: Cassis, Cola Candy, Blood Orange.

Produced by Stephen Nendela at Muinami Estate in the Western Rift Valley, this rare honey-processed Batian variety benefits from the cold micro-climate of the Cherengany hills. The specialized processing method enhances the fruit-forward profile, delivering complex notes of cassis, cola candy, and blood orange.
