Using the IHCAFE 90 variety—a high-yielding Sarchimor cross—this coffee thrives in Santa Barbara’s cool microclimate. The resulting cup is distinct and fruity, featuring tart forest berries, fresh herbal notes, and a structured cacao nib finish.
